We are a consulting company providing management consulting for ERP-projects. We are a network of experts with years of experience in running and working in ERP-projects.

    Program & Project Management
    We provide project management for ERP projects and implementations. We have a strong and extensive background in leading ERP projects with years of experience in different kinds of project. We have led both global, large scale ERP projects as well as smaller scale roll-outs. In addition, we have experience in working both on the customer side coaching business people and providing management consulting, as well as on the vendor side, leading the roll-out team in the delivery organization. Our structured approach includes clear plans, schedule, cost follow-up and reporting, without compromising the quality of the solution. Furthermore, we are used to operate in a multi-vendor environment managing also 3rd parties.

    ERP projects are often big investments for companies and carrying them out successfully requires enough knowledgeable resources from the business organization as well as substantial project management expertise which we can offer. We have experience from different technologies, i.e., ERP systems, and we have carried out ERP projects especially for manufacturing companies, but also for other industries like Service & Maintenance and Retail & Distribution.

    System & Partner Selection
    All system projects start with system selection. Choosing the right system, which can fulfill the necessary business requirements, as well as the right partner for the project is of the utmost importance. When starting the system selection process, there must be a comprehensive understanding of the company strategy, future business processes, and other selection criteria. Next, a proof-of-concept is usually conducted to find out how well the selected system and proposed solution would fit the business requirements. Well planned and properly carried out system selection process gives grounds for a successful implementation project. Business organizations implementing a new ERP system must thoroughly focus on the proof-of-concept when carrying it out. We can lead this activity or support this phase with our expertise.

    Change management is very important during ERP projects and oftentimes it is neglected or its importance is underestimated, which results in difficulties even after a successful go-live. Successful change management requires heavy top management participation, in addition to input from some key business organization people. We can help putting together a plan for successful change management and offer business management our expertise and guidance along the way.
